Elena Moretti

Hi, I’m Elena.

A beautiful wedding is rarely created by one perfect decision. It’s created by hundreds of smaller ones working together.

For years, I’ve worked around weddings: planning them, styling them, solving the small problems nobody sees and watching months of decisions come together in a single day.

Elena MorettiBefore the guests arrive
  • The venue.
  • The guest list.
  • The flowers.
  • The timing.
  • The stationery.
  • The photographer.
  • The table settings.
  • Who needs to be where. And when.
At first

I fell in love with the visual side.

  • The flowers
  • The fabrics
  • The menus
  • The candles
  • The way a table changes as the light begins to disappear

I thought a great wedding depended mostly on making everything look beautiful. Then I started working on real weddings, and I learned that a visually incredible wedding can unravel if nobody knows who has to be where, when each supplier arrives, how long the ceremony really takes, who has the envelopes, or who solves a problem while the couple are having their photographs taken.

What real weddings taught me

Beauty needs structure.

  • Who has to be where.
  • What time each supplier arrives.
  • When hair and makeup should start.
  • How long the ceremony actually lasts.
  • Who has the envelopes. Who has the rings.
  • How the guests get from one place to the next.

Not more decoration. More decisions made in advance.

The morning of one wedding
  • 08:40Hair and makeup ran late.
  • 09:15Transport arrived at the wrong entrance.
  • 09:30Someone couldn’t find an important item.
  • 10:00The photographer needed more time.
  • 10:20Suppliers had questions nobody had answered.
  • 10:30And slowly, those questions started reaching the bride.
The moment that changed everything

One wedding changed the way I planned everything.

It was beautiful. The venue was ready, the flowers had arrived, the tables looked exactly as we had imagined them. And then the morning began.

I remember watching her answer something that should have been decided days earlier. And thinking:

She shouldn’t be managing her wedding right now. She should be living it.

That stayed with me.

So I started planning backwards

Instead of asking only what needs to happen on the day.

“What needs to happen on the wedding day?”“What can we decide beforehand, so nobody has to think about it on the wedding day?”
  • Timelinesbecame more detailed.
  • Responsibilitiesbecame clearer.
  • Confirmationshappened earlier.
  • Small decisionsstopped being left until the final morning.

The weddings felt calmer. But more importantly: the couples felt more present.

Planning was only one part of it

Couples weren’t short of inspiration. They had more than ever.

  • Saved posts
  • Screenshots
  • Pinterest boards
  • Venue photographs
  • Florists
  • Dresses
  • Stationery
  • Tables
  • Notes on the phone
  • Spreadsheets

Hundreds of beautiful ideas. The difficult part was turning all of those separate ideas into one wedding.

Couples don’t need more wedding inspiration. They need a way to organise it.

Where the creative side came in
  • Finding the common thread.
  • Removing what didn’t belong.
  • Choosing a palette.
  • Creating a visual rhythm.
  • Making sure the flowers, stationery, lighting and tables all felt like part of the same story.

Someone should walk in and feel that everything belongs to the same world.

Why Solaria Dynamics

The name holds the two halves of every wedding I’ve worked on.

It isn’t a translation. It’s the idea underneath everything in this collection.

SolariaThe light

Every wedding is planned around light. The ceremony timed for the late afternoon. The photographs before the sun drops behind the hills. The candles lit at exactly the moment the tables need them. Solaria is the part people remember: the glow, the warmth, the way the whole evening looks.

DynamicsThe movement

And behind the light, everything has to move. Suppliers arriving in order. A timeline that holds. People who know where to be and when. Dynamics is the part nobody sees, and the reason the beautiful part happens at all.

Beauty needs structure. Light needs timing. That is Solaria Dynamics.

My philosophy is simple

Your wedding doesn’t need to be perfect. It needs to feel considered, personal, and like yours.

  • 01Plan enough to feel confident.
  • 02Style with intention.
  • 03Prepare the details.
  • 04And when the day arrives: stop planning.
  • Look around.
  • Listen to the music.
  • Hold someone’s hand.
  • Eat the food you spent months choosing.
  • Dance.
  • Laugh.
  • Take it in.

Because eventually the spreadsheets disappear. The timelines are finished. The flowers come down. But the way the day felt stays with you. And that’s the part that matters.
